Tandoori Aloo

Take 3 big potatoes, halved and scooped.

Prepare a marination by mixing 1/2 cup hung curd, 1 tbsp hung curd, 1 tbsp cream, 1 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, PINCH OF HING, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp of both chaat masala and jeera, 1 tbsp of red chilli, haldi powder and salt to taste.

For filling

a) Heat 1 tbsp of oil, add 1 tbsp chopped ginger, pinch of hing and green chillies. Saute them.

b) Add 1/4 cup of mashed panner, a cup of peas and coriander leafs.

c) 1 tbsp garam masala, salt and chilli as per the taste. Cook it for 1 minute.

d) Fill the potatoes halves with the filling and marinate them for 2-3 hours.

e) Grill them and serve them with tangy green chutney for an amazing taste.
