First boil the potatoes with the skin. Peel the potatoes and cut them in half.
Then take a pan and heat mustard oil.
Add cumin seeds and SSP asafoetida.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and yellow chilli powder
Add bhuna masala, chopped ginger and green chillies.
Now add potatoes. Add salt, black salt and lemon juice.
Add some crushed coriander seeds and crushed black pepper.
Afterwards, add fresh coriander leaves and serve.
