Access account and manage orders
Boil the potatoes and then dice them into small cubes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and let them turn brown.
Add SSP asafoetida.
Add potatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder and salt to taste.
Mix well and saute for a minute or two.
Add coriander powder and cumin powder and stir gently.
Ensure the potatoes do not get mashed. Saute on high flame for few minutes to get crisp potatoes.
Switch off the flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
