Take 3 big potatoes, halved and scooped.
Prepare a marinade by mixing the hung curd, cream, besan, ginger garlic paste, SSP Asafoetida, lemon juice, chaat masala, jeera, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the chopped ginger, SSP asafoetida and green chillies. Saute them.
Add the mashed paneer, peas and coriander leaves, garam masala, salt and chillies as per the taste. Cook for 1 minute.
Fill the potato halves with the filling and marinate them for 2-3 hours.
Once marinated, grill them and serve them with tangy green chutney for an amazing taste.
